Why has HousePartners developed TradeFind when there's so much information available already?

HousePartners believes that there is a lack of independent and relevant information available to houseowners. Schemes which require the tradesman to pay to register, limit their coverage of firms to those who pay. No other service provides an 18-factor rating based only on customer assessment.

Do HousePartners try to sell their other services to TradeFind customers?

We only provide service information to those customers who ask for it. Not all houses and jobs are suitable for HousePlan, TradeQuote and TradeCheck.

Why can't HousePartners customers rate HousePartners services too?

We are obsessive about feedback and welcome all comments. We are currently developing ratings to be made available to our customers.

Why does TradeFind focus on Edinburgh and Lothians?

We are piloting TradeFind in this area prior to extending it elsewhere. We hope to learn how to develop and improve the service based on this experience and your participation.
