We recognise that houseowners are often disadvantaged by limited experience, information and understanding when trying to get house repairs and renewals specified and completed.

Our services try to avoid using building trade technical terms which are irritating and unhelpful to most people.

We use information technology and appropriate presentational techniques to enhance our services wherever possible.

Our services are continuously assessed and improved, and we are obsessive about seeking out and using regular client feedback.
